- 1 / 5By mary morenoHORRIBLE customer service. ordered a photo birthday cake and when i went to pick it up the image printed out was laid square wise OVER the top of the ROUND cake. i explained that it (image) needed to be cut and it could still work, but the owner said it was on vanilla frosting (wtf does that have to do with anything?) and that 'right now this is best i can do'. here it is almost christmas and my boyfriend's birthday is on christmas, so now i have to try to find another bakery that is willing to do this. RIDICULOUS. never ever stop here, what a waste of timeJune 13, 2016
